Breakfast is served each morning in our dining room. We offer breakfast, at a preselected time of your choice, between 7:30AM and 9:30 AM. If you need to catch an early flight or have an early meeting specials arrangements can be made.
Upon arrival the table is set with our homemade Granola to be topped with milk or local vanilla yogurt. This is a light starter for you while you get settled and coffee or tea is poured.
Course two is the daily fruit serving. We are blessed with local fruit for much of the year, raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries just to name a few.
Your next course is muffins, croissants, or scones and you can always save some for later in the day to enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea.
The Main Course
Next is your main course and this varies between “sweet” and “savory”. The “sweet” might be banana pancakes with caramel sauce; baked apple pancake with crème fraiche and fresh raspberries; or stuffed French toast with fresh strawberry sauce.
The “savory” could be an egg-cheese puff; Mediterranean quiche; or an apple sausage omelet. Whatever the morning holds we hope you enjoy all our creations and for multiple night bookings – you will never eat the same thing twice – unless of course by request.
We do our best to make all of our creations healthy and delicious. Please let us know, in advance, if you have any food allergies or special dietary needs and we are happy to accommodate you. As well, if you have any special requests please let us know.
Breakfast is a special time at Anderson Creek Lodge and we hope you will make some new friends while enjoying our daily creation.
Breakfasts are always served with selections of fine teas, coffee, and juice.
Coffee is available on the sideboard in the dining room from 7AM to 7PM. Tea is available 24 hours per day and is also on the sideboard. There is bottled water and soft-drinks in the small refrigerator in the dining room – please help yourself.
